The framework is named Connect because the goal is to genuinely connect with the employee. The letters don't stand for anything. The structure does.

Their career, their development, training, exposure. Even if it's toward a job somewhere else. Don't let this slot get squeezed.

Notice what's missing: your agenda. Your tasks, your direction, your items. Those happen any other time during the week.

AI is a powerful tool, but it's not a replacement for good management.
