The four-week reset
$1,500 USD covers three 60-minute sessions, preparation, a written plan after each session, and two email check-ins between sessions during the four weeks. The work stays focused on one agreed management problem.
Week 1
Session 1: agree on the management change, prepare the next conversation, and leave with a written plan.
Week 2
Put the plan into practice, then use session 2 to work through what happened. Dave updates the written plan.
Week 3
Try the revised approach at work. Use a between-session email check-in to raise a question about the agreed problem.
Week 4
Session 3: review the evidence, adjust the approach, and leave with a written plan for what to continue.
