What does the free plan include?
Add one person, type or paste meeting notes, track action items, and use meeting summaries and AI insights. The free plan includes two hours of audio transcription each month and six months of meeting history. Your employee does not need an account.
The person can be a direct report, your manager or a peer. Adding a second relationship requires a paid tier. When you reach the audio allowance, wait for the monthly reset or upgrade; typed notes do not consume transcription minutes.
Meeting history is a retention window, not a promise to store every meeting forever. Export what you need before it ages out. Read how data, AI processing and deletion work before adding employee information.
When does it cost money?
The free plan has no subscription charge. Choose a paid plan when you need more relationships, transcription or history. The standard software prices below are monthly USD subscriptions; consulting is a separate, optional purchase.
