What happens in the hour?

  1. Clarify the situation and separate observations from assumptions.
  2. Prepare the conversation, including what you need to say and what you need to understand.
  3. Agree what to try, what to write down and when to check the result.

The four-week reset

Try the plan. Bring back what happened.

$1,500 USD covers three 60-minute sessions, preparation, a written plan after each session, and two email check-ins between sessions during the four weeks. The work stays focused on one agreed management problem.

  1. Week 1

    Understand the situation

Session 1: agree on the management change, prepare the next conversation, and leave with a written plan.

  2. Week 2

    Try it and adjust

Put the plan into practice, then use session 2 to work through what happened. Dave updates the written plan.

  3. Week 3

    Keep the change moving

Try the revised approach at work. Use a between-session email check-in to raise a question about the agreed problem.

  4. Week 4

    Make the next month clearer

Session 3: review the evidence, adjust the approach, and leave with a written plan for what to continue.

Illustrative sequence, not open appointment slots. Agree actual dates with Dave. Three separate $250 sessions total $750; choose those for standalone conversations. The reset adds a four-week engagement with preparation, revised plans and between-session support. It does not include unlimited email, emergency availability or a software subscription.
